Our dough is made of Italian Organic certi cated wholemeal flour. This guarantees a product rich in bre, healthy, easy to digest, sustainable and tasty!

Our tomatoes are organic, certi cated and produced in Gargano (Puglia). Every August, with the help of Triveri’s family, we select the best production and make the special tomato sauce that gives to our Pizzette its unique aroma.
